512 Luxury Landscape Design (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit https://512luxurylandscapedesign.com (the “Site”) or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways — information you provide to us directly and information that is collected automatically as you use the Site.

Information You Provide

When you fill out a contact or quote-request form, call us, email us, or otherwise reach out, you may share:

  • Your name
  • Your email address and phone number
  • Your company name, if you’re contacting us on behalf of a business
  • Your property or project address and location
  • Details about the landscape design, landscaping, hardscaping, concrete, or outdoor-living project you’re interested in
  • Any other information you choose to include in your message

Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, we automatically collect certain technical information when you browse the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, the links you click, and the website you came from. This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies and helps us understand how the Site is used.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide quotes and estimates
  • Schedule consultations and carry out the services you request
  • Communicate with you about your project, appointments, and follow-ups
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our services
  • Send service-related updates or, where permitted, occasional marketing about our offerings
  • Protect against fraud and comply with our legal obligations

3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We may use cookies, web beacons, and analytics tools (such as website analytics services) to remember your preferences and measure Site performance. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent; however, some parts of the Site may not function properly without them.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it only in these limited circumstances:

  • Service providers. With trusted vendors who help us operate the Site and run our business — for example, web hosting, form delivery, email, and analytics providers — who are permitted to use it only to perform services for us.
  • Legal reasons. When required by law, subpoena, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of 512 Luxury Landscape Design, our customers, or others.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. SMS & Text Messaging

If you give us your phone number and consent to receive text messages, we may contact you by SMS about your inquiry, quote, or scheduled work. Message and data rates may apply, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

We handle text-messaging information as follows:

  • Providers that help deliver the messages. We may share your information with the platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors that help us send text messages. We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to supporting you in connection with that campaign.
  • Affiliates. We may disclose your information to our affiliates or subsidiaries, whose use and disclosure of it will remain subject to this Policy.
  • No sharing of opt-in data. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the categories above and will not be shared with any third parties.

6. Third-Party Services & Links

The Site is hosted by a third-party provider and may use third-party tools such as embedded maps, fonts, and analytics. These services may collect information as described in their own privacy policies. Our Site may also link to other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third-party sites, and we encourage you to review their policies.

7. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide our services, and meet our legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information you share with us. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Privacy Choices

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop sending you marketing communications, by contacting us using the details below. We will respond consistent with applicable law, and in most cases within 30 days. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those messages.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Do Not Track

12. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
